How to Request Account Deletion:
- Send an email to: support@greatjobpro.com
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Provide your registered email address used in the app
- Wait for confirmation email (processing time: up to 7 business days)
Data that will be deleted:
- User profile information
- Service history and appointments
- Notes and annotations
- Photos and images uploaded
- Customer information and addresses
- Team assignments and schedules
Data that may be retained:
- Transaction records (as required by law)
- Retention period: 30 days after deletion request
Note: After account deletion, you will not be able to recover any deleted data. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before requesting deletion.
